PBC refinanced a commercial condominium in central Hoboken while working with existing lender to repackage outstanding debt. PBC seamlessly navigated the complexities of the owner occupied business along with the financing structure with the existing institutional lender. The capital provided was to assist the owner to continue the business in the current location while shifting away some of the debt burden to other assets.
